This week thousands of heads of government, activists and officials gathered in Paris for the
21st United Nations climate conference. The planet has definitely become hotter and weather patterns have drastically changed – of this there can be no doubt. What’s to blame though? Is it human beings? I don’t know enough about climatology to provide an answer, but I’m aware of the great debate that is taking place between the so-called climate alarmists and those who challenge their ideas. And so it was with great interest that I read a piece by Andrew Kenny, an engineer and energy expert, in the latest issue of @Liberty, the policy bulletin of the Institute of Race Relations (IRR).
